The hotel was decent and Nice is an incredible city. Just be sure you know how much you're supposed to pay, because they charged me an extra 10 Euros for my bed. They tried to do the same to my roommate.

Also, breakfast was free for me. I'm not sure why the site says otherwise.

We had seperate bathrooms, free internetaccess and polite staff.

There was a nice terrace and a kithcen which we did not use because of the nice, cheap restaurants in the area. Try the menu at Restaurant of England down the road.

Arrived around 11 a.m. the morning I any suite had the key to my room (dorm-4). If you book on the Internet, print your confirmation, fortunately I had mine since my name was not registered in the registry. Plan of the money they do not take credit cards.

The room was clean and air-conditioned. I found the place surprisingly quiet and not very noisy.

Ideal location if you need to get to the station which is located a few minutes walk. For those who must go to the airport to the 99 just before the station for a go direct.

Really I spent a good time, I have been very well received, people are nice. The international effect was top, he y' had all languages. The kitchen is its effect, as well as the small terrace at the entrance of the kitchen.

Super friendly staff!!! Nice people there! We had our own bathroom and fridge! Kitchen and terrace are perfect to hang out! It´s next to the trainstation - easy to find! Would stay there again!!

If you do not fear excessive heat, the noise of the street late at night, not very clean walls, TV small screen is not clear and the remote control doesn't work, the toilet bowl that fills more than half, the important mould on the wall of the bathroom with the hole in the ceilingthe handle of the door broken, then this hotel is for you!

Positive points: the sheets were clean, low price and its position, near the bus lines.

Our room was newly renovated and clean, but without the seat and shelf or similar. Heating was very hot, the knob is broken.

I was for 2 nights at the Villa Saint Exupery gardens. It was really a very good stay. staff are nice, the rooms are clean, I felt like my home. the evening at the Vella has an exraordinaire atmosphere. I hope to return soon!

Beautiful warm staff, bedroom, bathroom and very clean kitchens, good catering and bar, gives a lot of information on activities in the region. Only flat, is the location quite far from the city but it is compensated by the magnificent landscape and the shuttle service which makes it more accessible location. My only real negative note is the fact that employees speak almost no French. In a French-speaking country I find this very damage and several francophone clients were in my opinion.

I like my staying soooooooo much, really! The atmosphere is very friendly! I've never met such a friendly stuff, guys are ready to help you in evertyhing and are open for all the ideas. The location is OK and a shuttle is available whenever you need it. Breakfast is OK, normal european breakfast with great coffee.

Nice warm atmosphere, pleasant home. However, House of 12 is a true place of passage with some input-output throughout the night and the cleanliness of the bathroom is unsatisfactory. Smaller preferred room. But very affordable and ideal location near the place Massena and 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais.
